LUXCITY is a global networking project for the organization of a planetary fest projected in 2010 that would create new relationships between local initiatives around the world. The project aims are to reconciliate humanity with technology, to benefit multicultural interchange, while stimulating reflexion on citizen empowerment and open new horizons on self-governance. May Earth become a LUXCITY : a Planet damped by Citizen Light.

LUXCITY est un projet de réseautage international pour l'organisation d'une fête planétaire, projetée pour 2010, afin de créer de nouvelles interrelations entres différentes initiatives locales autour du monde.
